Detox turmeric tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 lemongrass tea bag
  • 6 peppercorns
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • few drops of honey as per taste
  • Optional: 2-3 slices of fresh orange

Preparation

  1. Put the water in a small saucepan to boil.
  2. Add the chopped ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, peppercorns, sea salt
  3. Let on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add lemongrass tea bag for 3 minutes then remove it from the water.
  5. Pour the tea in your cup/mug.
  6. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil, few honey drops and juice of 1 lemon.
  7. Enjoy!


Recipe #2 Coriander, cumin and fennel detox tea

Cumin fennel coriander detox tea for weight loss

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup water
  • ¼ tsp coriander seeds
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp fennel seeds

Preparation

  1. Pour the water in a small saucepan to the boil.
  2. Add the fennel seeds, coriander seeds and cumin.
  3. Leave on for 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the contents and pour it into a cup.
