Detox water grapefruit and cucumber for more vitamin C

This water drink with slices of cucumber and grapefruit is full of Vitamin C and other great stuff. Vitamin C, keeps your insulin level stable, makes your skin looks radiant and is essential tool to cleanse the body of toxins.

  • Put all the ingredients in your water, along with a few leaves of mint
  • Let this refreshing detox water to cool for half an hour in the refrigerator. That releases more flavor

Detox water with apple and cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 3 sweet apples
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Fill your watering can or a bottle of water at room temperature
  • Wash and cut the apples into thin slices
  • Add the apples and cinnamon sticks in water
  • Mix everything together thoroughly and add a few ice cubes to it
