This breach activates the second safety mechanism or "line of defense". Our body knows that the intruded toxins are harmful and it tries to keep them separate from important body part and systems. As a natural response, more fat cells are created and toxins are stored therein.

That is the reason, when we attack the core (toxins), the outer shell (fat) is also broken and thrown out of body.

Common ailments caused by excess toxins in your body
